    COWCHA is an independently family owned sophisticated Argentinian restaurant focusing on the finest steaks and gourmet burgers made with beef from grass fed cows reared by handpicked farmers across Argentina.

    Our Black Angus Argentinian beef is `wet aged` for over 32 days a process that brings out the subtle flavour of the meat, without losing any of its juiciness and cooked to perfection in our natural charcoal oven.


    Locally produced beef, sustainable fish, lamb, poultry and pork are also served and are stunning as are the divinely tempting homemade desserts. Ingredients are fresh, whenever possible organic ambience sophisticated, cocktails elegant and wines carefully chosen featuring the very best varietals from across the world.
    Our menus have been lovingly created by our talented Head Chef with over 20 years’ experience and together with the General Manager will oversee the service to ensure a truly unforgettable dining experience.
